  • 120g Co-op Somerset Brie, cut into 12 slices
  • 2 Co-op Ripe & Ready pears, each cored and cut into 6 wedges
  • 90g pack Co-op prosciutto crudo, each slice cut in half lengthways
  • 4 tbsp Co-op Irresistible cranberry & port sauce


  1. Lay a slice of Brie alongside each pear wedge, and wrap a strip of prosciutto around the centre to hold them together
  2. Arrange on a serving plate, then top each with a dollop of the cranberry sauce before serving
