  • 350g Co-op Honest Value penne
  • 1 tsp Co-op olive oil
  • 10g Co-op anchovies in olive oil, drained and chopped
  • ½ tbsp chilli flakes, plus extra to garnish (optional)
  • 440g jar Co-op Honest Value tomato & basil pasta sauce
  • 300g can Co-op Honest Value garden peas in water, drained
  • 20g Co-op pitted black hojiblanca olives, halved
  • 12 sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped


  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, reserving half a mugful of the cooking water
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat
  3. Cook the anchovies and chilli flakes, if using, for 1-2 mins, until broken down into a paste
  4. Add the pasta sauce, peas, olives, sundried tomatoes and reserved cooking water
  5. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly
  6. Season with black pepper and cook for 5 mins, or until the peas are heated through
  7. Stir through the cooked pasta and divide between bowls
  8. Sprinkle with the extra chilli, if using, to serve
