Method
- Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over a high heat
- Fry the sprouts, cabbage and carrot for 3-4 mins, tossing often, until starting to soften
- Mix the honey, soy sauce and spice together
- Add to the pan along with the spring onion
- Take off the heat and sprinkle with the sesame seeds to serve
Optional:
At stage 3, replace the honey, soy sauce and Chinese 5 spice with Co-op sweet soy and honey marinade. Add a small amount water to turn into a sauce.
