  • 1 tbsp Co-op toasted sesame oil
  • 200g Co-op Brussels sprouts, sliced
  • ½ Co-op British red cabbage, sliced
  • 2 Co-op British carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tbsp Co-op clear honey
  • 2 tbsp Co-op reduced salt dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice powder seasoning
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds


  1. Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over a high heat
  2. Fry the sprouts, cabbage and carrot for 3-4 mins, tossing often, until starting to soften
  3. Mix the honey, soy sauce and spice together
  4. Add to the pan along with the spring onion
  5. Take off the heat and sprinkle with the sesame seeds to serve
