Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Co-op toasted sesame oil
- 200g Co-op Brussels sprouts, sliced
- ½ Co-op British red cabbage, sliced
- 2 Co-op British carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbsp Co-op clear honey
- 2 tbsp Co-op reduced salt dark soy sauce
- ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice powder seasoning
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- (Optional) Co-op sweet soy and honey 10 minute marinade

Method
- Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over a high heat
- Fry the sprouts, cabbage and carrot for 3-4 mins, tossing often, until starting to soften
- Mix the honey, soy sauce and spice together
- Add to the pan along with the spring onion
- Take off the heat and sprinkle with the sesame seeds to serve
Optional:
At stage 3, replace the honey, soy sauce and Chinese 5 spice with Co-op sweet soy and honey marinade. Add a small amount water to turn into a sauce.
