Smoky ham and cheese brioche rolls

  • 4 Co-op Irresistible brioche burger buns
  • 60g Co-op Irresistible Somerset vintage Cheddar
  • 120g Co-op Irresistible Mesquite BBQ thick carve ham
  • 100g Co-op Irresistible coleslaw
  • 40g Co-op baby leaf salad


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/Gas 4 and put the buns on a baking tray
  2. Grate the Cheddar, then sprinkle over the buns
  3. Bake for 5-6 mins, until the cheese is bubbling and golden
  4. Leave to cool, out of the oven
  5. When they’re cool, slice the buns in half Top the bases with some ham, coleslaw and a few salad leaves
  6. Add the cheesy brioche tops to finish the rolls off
  7. Enjoy straight away or wrap in foil and take to a picnic
