Ingredients
- 4 Co-op Irresistible brioche burger buns
- 60g Co-op Irresistible Somerset vintage Cheddar
- 120g Co-op Irresistible Mesquite BBQ thick carve ham
- 100g Co-op Irresistible coleslaw
- 40g Co-op baby leaf salad
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/Gas 4 and put the buns on a baking tray
- Grate the Cheddar, then sprinkle over the buns
- Bake for 5-6 mins, until the cheese is bubbling and golden
- Leave to cool, out of the oven
- When they’re cool, slice the buns in half Top the bases with some ham, coleslaw and a few salad leaves
- Add the cheesy brioche tops to finish the rolls off
- Enjoy straight away or wrap in foil and take to a picnic
