Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 x 300g pack Co-op Closed Cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1⁄2 260g pack Co-op Garlic & Herb Sizzle Steak, cut into strips
  • 300g Co-op Fresh Tagliatelle
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Co-op Soft Cheese
  • 1 x 25g pack Co-op Fresh Flat leaf Parsely

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to pack cooking guidelines.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms on a high heat for 5 mins until soft.
  3. Add the steak strips and garlic, cook for 3 mins, then stir in 2 tbsp of soft cheese.
  4. Add the cooked pasta plus 2 tbsp of water from the pasta pan, then stir everything together.
  5. Sprinkle with a handful of chopped parsley.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
