1. These terms and conditions set out the rules of this prize draw. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these rules. We may update these rules at any time, and the latest version will be available at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/MemberPrizes. It’s your responsibility to check for any changes. 

2. Promoter: Co-operative Group Limited (26715R) whose registered address is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ mean the Promoter.

3. Promotion Period: 01 May – 31 May 2026. Purchases made outside of these dates will not be included.

4. Eligibility: Promotion is open to UK residents who are Co-op Group Members aged 18 and over. Temporary membership card holders and employees involved in the creation of the prize draw are excluded.

5. How to Enter:

a) Visit the ‘Discover’ tab in the Co-op App and select ‘May Prize Draws’;

b) Select the ‘Win a picnic bundle for The Big Lunch’ prize draw option and follow the steps as prompted;

c) Spend at least £5 in a Co-op Group Food store and scan your membership card/app at the till; or

d) Spend at least £5 online at shop.coop.co.uk and sign into your membership account or add your membership card at the checkout; or

e) Spend at least £5 at the Co-op through one of our delivery partners – Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo -and link your membership card to your account before you checkout.

f) Each £5 spent in the same or a new transaction will result in another entry. Any amount between a £5 increment will not count towards a future spend.

g) The following products shall not count towards the basket spend – first stage baby milk, postage stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in store concessions, PayPoint, cigarettes, tobacco and vapes, saving stamps, newspapers, carrier bags, mobile phone top-ups, prescription medicines, services fees and delivery fees.

h) We accept no liability for entries that are delayed, and they will be void from the Promotion. Proof of purchase does not amount to proof of entry.

6. Prize: There is 1 prize available consisting of:

a) The Prize will be provided by Stretch Communications Ltd (Company no: 04594879), whose registered address is 37/38 Margaret Street, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1G 0JF (“Stretch”) on behalf of the Promoter.

b) Items are subject to availability. Stretch Communications Ltd. may substitute or change items for an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond Stretch Communications Ltd.’s control make it necessary to do so.

c) Prize delivery may take longer than usual and is subject to availability. We aim to deliver prizes within 28 days of winner confirmation, but delays may occur due to external factors. Stretch Communications Ltd, is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver where this is beyond our reasonable control. Winners will be contacted with delivery details. Our delivery partners will ship to the address provided. If after two attempts the delivery is unsuccessful the prize may be forfeited.

d) The Promoter and Stretch Communications Ltd, are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Dock & Bay, MARCHWAY, Bose, Yeti or Owala.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

a) There will be 1 winner which will be drawn at random within 25 days of the end of the Promotion Period by the Promoter using a randomised computer generator.

b) Winners will be notified by Stretch Communications Ltd. on behalf of the Promoter via coopwinners@weticketit.com to the email address or telephone number linked to the winner’s Co-op Membership account within 25 days of the winners being selected. If a winner doesn’t respond and provide any required details within 5 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be picked at random. The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect details being entered for the winners Co-op Membership account.
c) Winners’ names and counties of residence can be requested from competitionsupport@coop.co.uk no earlier than 4 weeks or later than 6 weeks of the winners being drawn.

d) The Promoter accepts no liability for prizes that are lost, delayed, stolen or unused by their expiry date.

8. How we use your information: We, our other Co-op businesses and trusted third-party agencies may collect and use your personal information. We do this in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other privacy laws. We will only use your information to run this prize draw or, if you win, for promotional purposes. Any personal data submitted by the winner to Stretch will be treated in accordance with Stretch’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://www.weticketit.com/coop/booking/optin/privacy. By entering this draw, you accept that your personal details may be shared with Stretch for the purpose of administering and delivering the prize.

9. General

a) You must enter the prize draw yourself. Entries made by someone else, in bulk, or by an automated process are not allowed.

b) We’re not responsible if we don’t receive your entry, or if it arrives late, because of any technical problems. This could be issues with computers, software, the internet, servers, or networks. Sending your entry doesn’t guarantee that we have received it.

c) We can refuse your entry or decide not to give you a prize if we believe you’ve broken these rules or acted dishonestly.

d) You can’t swap the prize, give it to someone else, or exchange it for cash. If the prize is no longer available for reasons we can’t control, we’ll replace it with a similar prize of the same or higher value

e) We may change, pause or cancel this prize draw at any time if we need to.

f) We’re not responsible if you experience any loss or damage connected to the prize or the prize draw, unless the law says we must be — for example, if something happens because of our negligence or if we act dishonestly.

g) If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any entry or other aspect of the Promotion, our decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion due to circumstances beyond our control.

h) We can amend these terms and conditions at any time with updated terms and conditions being found at www.coop.co.uk/terms/memberprizes.

i) This prize draw and these rules follow English law. If there’s any disagreement, it will be dealt with by the English courts.

10. Limitation of Liability: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are otherwise in connection with any aspect of this Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision or use of the Prize or this Promotion or for any act or omission of any third-party. We make no attempt to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence.
