1. These terms and conditions set out the rules of this prize draw. By taking part in the prize draw, you agree to these rules. If you would prefer not to enter the prize draw, please contact competitionsupport@coop.co.uk. We may update these rules at any time. IT’s your responsibility to check for any changes.

2. Promoter: Co-operative Group Limited (525R) whose registered address is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ mean the Promoter.

3. How to Enter: Co-op Members will automatically be entered into this prize draw when they have collected 10 Stamps in the Co-op App. When you have collected 10 Stamps, you will receive confirmation of your entry via a pop up in the Co-op App under the “High Five” tab.

4. Prize:

i. Each prize consists of two Co-op Dreamseats tickets at Co-op Live. The seats will be on the Dreamseats terrace with premium entrance and Dreamseats lounge access.

ii. The May 2026 draw will have 5 prizes available to be won. From June 2026 onwards each draw will have 10 prizes to be won. The prize does not include travel to and from the event, food and drink, accommodation, travel insurance or any other associated cost

iii. Prize winners can select their preference for an event from a list of available events, which will be provided to them when they are notified that they are a winner. Selecting a preference does not guarantee tickets to that event. There are a limited number of tickets available per event. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

iv. You will need to download the Co-op Live app to access your tickets. Use of the tickets and entry to the venue are subject to Co-op Live’s venue access and ticketing terms and conditions – available on https://www.cooplive.com/terms-and-conditions and privacy policy available at https://www.cooplive.com/pQOAbtP/privacy-policy.  

v. Use of tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, event organiser or other third party. Eastlands Arena Limited (owner and operator of Co-op Live) is not the promoter of this prize draw does not accept any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion.

vi. ID may be required before you are allowed entry to the event, and you may be refused entry if you do not provide suitable photographic ID (such as passport or driving licence).

5. Who can enter:

This prize draw is open to UK residents who are Co-op Group Members aged 18 and over. Temporary membership card holders and employees involved in the running or creation of the prize draw are excluded.

6. How winners will be chosen and contacted:

A draw will take place of all members who reached Stamp 10 within a calendar month. The only exception to this will be that any entries received in April 2026, will be added to the May 2026 draw

a) Winners which will be drawn at random within 28 working days of the end of each calendar month (the Draw Period) by the Promoter using a randomised computer generator.

b) Winners will be notified by the Promoter via email or phone to the details held on their Co-op Membership account within 25 working days of the winners being drawn. If a winner doesn’t respond and provide any required details within 3 days of being notified, they will lose the prize, and another winner will be picked at random.

c) Winners’ names and counties of residence can be requested from competitionsupport@coop.co.uk no earlier than 4 weeks or later than 6 weeks of the winners being drawn.

7. How we use your information: We, our other Co-op businesses and trusted third-party agencies may collect and use your personal information. We do this in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other privacy laws. We will use your information to run this prize draw or, if you win, for promotional purposes, which may include using your name, photo and any testimonial you provide to us on our websites, in social media, or other promotional activity. 8. General

a. We’re not responsible if there are any technical problems with your entry, meaning that we don’t receive it. This could be issues with the Co-op App, computers, software, the internet, servers, or networks.

b. We can refuse your entry or decide not to give you a prize if we believe you’ve broken these rules or acted dishonestly.

c. You can’t swap the prize, give it to someone else, or exchange it for cash. If tickets are resold, they will be void.

d. If the prize is no longer available for reasons we can’t control, we’ll replace it with a similar prize of the same or higher value

e. We may change, pause or cancel this prize draw at any time if we need to.

f. We’re not responsible if you experience any loss or damage connected to the prize or the prize draw, unless the law says we must be — for example, if something happens because of our negligence or if we act dishonestly.

g. This prize draw and these rules follow English law. If there’s any disagreement, it will be dealt with by the English courts.
