Full terms

1. These terms and conditions set out the rules of this prize draw. By taking part in the prize draw, you agree to these rules. We may update these rules at any time. It’s your responsibility to check for any changes.

2. Promoter: Co-operative Group Limited (525R) whose registered address is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ mean the Promoter.

3. How to Enter: When you have collected 20 Stamps, you will be given the opportunity to play “Spin to Win”. In the Co-op App, select the High Five tab and then select “Spin to Win”. You can only spin the wheel once.

4. Prizes: After playing Spin to Win you will see either a no-win message or a prize for a discount off your next shop.

5. How to use your prize:

a) Your money off prize will be stored in your Co-op App and will automatically be deducted from your next shop when you scan your membership card at the checkout.

b) You must use your prize within 28 days, or it will expire.

c) You can only use your prize in one transaction, so you must spend at least the value of your reward for your reward to be redeemed (e.g. spend at least £2 to redeem £2 off).

d) You can only use your money off prize in Co-op Group food stores or online at www.shop.coop.co.uk.

e) Your prize can’t be used in any independent co-operative societies, some Co-op franchise stores, in concessions (such as Co-op Live) or in non-Co-op branded stores (such as Nisa) or with our online delivery partners, such as Deliveroo.

f) You can’t use your prize on any of the following products: alcohol, fuel, first stage baby milk, postage stamps, saving schemes, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries, mobile phone top ups, saving stamps, prescription medicines, carrier bags, or cigarettes, vapes and tobacco.

g) You can’t use your prize at the same time as using another offers for money off total spend (e.g. £1 off £10 or £1 off).

6. How we use your information: We, our other Co-op businesses and trusted third-party agencies may collect and use your personal information. We do this in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other privacy laws. We will only use your information to run this prize draw or, if you win, for promotional purposes. 7. General

a) We can decide not to give you a prize or refuse to let you use your prize if we believe you’ve broken these rules or acted dishonestly.

b) You can’t swap the prize, give it to someone else, or exchange it for cash.

c) We may change, pause or cancel this Spin to Win game at any time if we need to.

d) We’re not responsible if you experience any loss or damage connected to the prize, unless the law says we must be — for example, if something happens because of our negligence or if we act dishonestly.

e) These rules follow English law. If there’s any disagreement, it will be dealt with by the English courts.
