Smart Coupons

The coupon is valid until the expiry date shown on it and only valid in a Co-op Food Store which is owned by Co-operative Group Limited.

You can use the coupon to get the item or discount shown on it in a single transaction.

If the coupon states that a qualifying or minimum spend is required (for example, 50p off £3 spend) then the coupon can only be used if the qualifying or minimum spend has been achieved in a single transaction.

If you are eligible to do so, you can use a Co-operative Group Limited colleague member card, an NUS Extra or NUS Apprentice Extra card, or a Young Scot card in the same transaction but the qualifying or minimum spend must be met following any discount applied for using your card. If the coupon states that a particular item/s must be purchased (for example, 5p off a loaf of Co-op sliced bread) then the coupon can only be used if the particular item/s have been purchased in that transaction. The coupon is not transferable or refundable and you can’t exchange it for cash.

You can’t use the coupon to buy some items including: fuel, first stage baby milk, postage stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, cigarettes, tobacco, mobile phone top ups, saving stamps, prescription medicines and carrier bags.

The discount applied to alcohol will not reduce the price below the minimum legal selling price. This coupon may be rejected for some transactions. We only accept original coupons, so no photocopies please. Although we hope we never need to, we do have the right to stop anyone from using this coupon if we suspect that they’ve done something fraudulent or if we think that they’re in breach of these T&Cs or being dishonest. If we need to, we can cancel this offer at any time without notice.
