Switzerland Spa Escape Prize Terms March
By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions and these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of conflict or inconsistency with any other communication about this Promotion.
1. Promoter: Co-operative Group Limited (26715R) whose registered address is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ mean the Promoter.
2. Promotion Period: 02 March – 31 March 2026. Purchases made outside of these dates will not be included.
3. How to Enter:
a) Visit the ‘Discover’ tab in the Co-op App and select ‘March Prize Draws’;
b) Select the ‘Win a Swiss spa escape’ prize draw option and follow the steps as prompted;
c) Spend at least £5 in a Co-op Group Food store and scan your membership card/app at the till; OR
d) Spend at least £5 online at shop.coop.co.uk and sign into your membership account or add your membership card at the checkout; OR
e) Spend at least £5 at the Co-op through one of our delivery partners – Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo -and link your membership card to your account before you checkout.
f) Each £5 spent in the same or a new transaction will result in another entry. Any amount between a £5 increment will not count towards a future spend;
g) The following products shall not count towards the basket spend – first stage baby milk, postage stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in store concessions, PayPoint, cigarettes, tobacco and vapes, saving stamps, newspapers, carrier bags, mobile phone top-ups, prescription medicines, service fees and delivery fees.
h) We accept no liability for entries that are delayed, and they will be void from the Promotion. Proof of purchase does not amount to proof of entry.
4. Prize:
a) The Prize will be provided by Stretch Communications Ltd (Company no: 04594879), whose registered address is 37/38 Margaret Street, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1G 0JF (“Stretch”) on behalf of the Promoter.
b) The Prize is a 3-night stay in Switzerland for 2 adults, aged 18+ and shall include:
i. Return Economy flights from the winners closest UK international airport to Geneva (depending on availability)
ii. Return public transport (e.g. train, bus, boat) from the winner’s nearest main transport hub to the departure airport;
iii. Return lakeside train from Geneva to Lausanne;
iv. Accommodation for 3 nights at Savoy Royal Hotel in Lausanne, including breakfast each morning. This stay is based on a double room, a twin room can be requested at time of booking but cannot be guaranteed;
vi. A Spa treatment per guest - The treatment for each guest is limited to one 45-minute treatment per person and can be chosen from the hotel spa treatment menu. The treatment is only for one day, with access to the pool, jacuzzi, hammams & saunas each day of the stay.
vii. Dinner and drinks for two at Café Beau-Rivage valued up to 200 Swiss francs (CHF)
viii. Full trip planning and customer liaison with Stretch;
iv. £500 spending money.
c) The winner will need to book all aspects of this prize through Stretch. This prize must be booked and taken within 12 months after our initial contact with the winner. Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
d) The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January, or over the full Easter weekend.
e) Once booked, dates, names and details cannot be changed.
f) All prizes include return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winner's nearest international airport that operates flights to the destination. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
g) Savoy Royal Spa Hotel is subject to availability and might need to be changed for different hotel at the time of booking.
h) Please note that the prize package does not include meals, gratuities, incidentals, fuel, drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, passports, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses or any other expenditure beyond those outlined above (“Additional Expenses”). Such Additional Expenses shall be the responsibility of the Winner.
i) All elements of the prize package are subject to availability. If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Stetch’s discretion.
j) All elements of the prize package must be taken at the same time. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
k) A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation. Winners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance, travel documents and visas to meet travel requirements.
5. Eligibility: Promotion is open to UK residents who are Co-op Group Members aged 18 and over. Temporary membership card holders and employees involved in the creation of the prize draw are excluded.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
a) There will be 1 winner which will be drawn at random within 25 days of the end of the Promotion Period by Co-operative Group using a randomised computer generator. The winner’s details will be securely sent to our fulfilment partner, Stretch Communications Ltd.
b) Winners will be notified by Stretch Communications Ltd. on behalf of the Promoter via coopwinners@weticketit.com to the email address and telephone number linked to the winner’s Co-op Membership account within 25 days of the winners being selected. If a winner doesn’t respond and provide any required details within 5 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be picked at random. The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect details being entered for the winners Co-op Membership account.
c) Winners’ names and counties of residence can be requested from competitionsupport@coop.co.uk no earlier than 4 weeks or later than 6 weeks of the winners being drawn.
7. Disqualification, Cancellation or Changes:
a) We can:
i. reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the Promotion if we suspect non-compliance with these terms, fraud, cheating or dishonesty;
ii. withdraw or cancel the Promotion without prior notice and without liability to any other party if it is necessary to do so; and
iii. amend these terms and conditions at any time with updated terms and conditions being found at www.coop.co.uk/terms/memberprizes.
8. Decision of the Promoter: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any entry or other aspect of the Promotion, our decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Personal Information: We, members of the Co-op Group and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other applicable data privacy laws and will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion or for promotional purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are otherwise in connection with any aspect of this Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision or use of the Prize or this Promotion or for any act or omission of any third-party. We make no attempt to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence.
11. Relevant Law and General: These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and you submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
