Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and have agreed to their details being communicated to the Promoter’s representatives so that the Promoter or its representatives can contact the participant in connection with the promotion (as necessary). Please retain a copy for your information.

1. PROMOTER: This promotion is operated by Co-operative Group Food Limited a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 with registration number 26715R whose registered office is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ in these Terms and Conditions should mean the Co-operative Group Food Limited.

2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: The Promotion Period runs from 09:01am 01 October 2025 through to 23:59pm 31 October 2025. Any entries made outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open to UK residents who are members of Co-operative Group Limited aged 18 years or over. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees of the Promoter can enter to win, however employees of the Promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are excluded from entering this promotion. This promotion is not available in any independent co-operative societies, Midcounties, Central England, Southern or Chelmsford Star co-operatives, some Co-op franchise stores and concessions (such as Co-op Live) or in non-Co-op branded stores (such as Nisa). Internet access required. Must have the Co-op App. Temporary membership card holders are excluded from this promotion and prize draws.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Co-op Group members must:

1.visit the ‘Discover’ tab in the Co-op App and click the link to the ‘Member Prizes’ page during the Promotion Period. Members must choose the prize draws they would like to enter (see clause 5 for available prize draws);

2.After members have selected the prize draws they wish to enter, members must spend a minimum of £5 (five pounds), after any discounts or offers have been applied to the final basket cost, in a single transaction and (i) scan their Membership card/Co-op App at the till in a Co-op Group Food store OR (ii) to enter online, sign in or enter their membership card details at checkout. Every additional spend of £5 (in accordance with this paragraph 4.2) in the same or new transaction will gain an additional entry to each prize draw (i.e. £5 = 1 entry, £10 = 2 entries) for the member to each of the prize draws entered (in accordance with 4.1). Any spend between each relevant £5 increment will not be added up to count towards an additional entry across multiple transactions.

3.Customers who become a new Co-op Group member during the Promotion Period and complete the steps in accordance with 4.1 and 4.2 above. will receive double entries to each of the prize draws entered for each £5 they spend in accordance with 4.2 . Excludes temporary membership card holders.

Transactions containing of any of the following products will not be included in the basket spend: first stage baby milk, postage stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in store concessions, PayPoint, cigarettes and tobacco, vapes, saving stamps, newspaper deliveries, carrier bags, mobile phone top ups and prescription medicines . Where removal of the above excluded items takes place, and the new basket total is less than £5 that transaction will not be valid and will not generate additional entries to the prize draws selected.

Each Co-op member can only win one of their selected prize draws. Previous winners of each prize draw are excluded from winning the same prize in a future prize draw for a period of 12 months. In circumstances where the same individual wins two of the selected prize draws in the same Promotion Period or a previous winner is drawn to win the same prize draw in the future, that individual’s prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be picked at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described below in clause 6.

A Member Prize Draw is any prize draw that is part of the Member Prizes or the past Winners Share it All (now closed) promotions that are open to Co-op Group members via the Co-op App.

5. PRIZES: There are 6 prizes draws to be won in the October Members Prizes promotion. Prizes are not exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative can be requested. Prizes are provided at our discretion and the Promoter may substitute or change the prize for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.1 VIP Co-op Live Experience for you & 5 friends

  • There is one prize available consisting of access for the Winner & 5 friends to the Co-op Group box at Co-op Live. Travel and accommodation is included from the Winner’s place of residence on a return journey basis subject to the Winner’s place of residence being in the UK. Travel insurance is not included.
  • The Concert allocated for this prize is to be chosen by the Promoter. Concert availability may differ between calendar months but we and Co-op Live reserve the right to amend or withdraw specific concerts/shows.
  • We may substitute or change the prizes for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so but there will be no cash alternative.
  • The tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and are not for resale. If a winner tries to resell a ticket, the ticket will be made void.
  • ID may be required before you are allowed entry to the event, and you may be refused entry if you do not provide suitable photographic ID (such as passport or driving licence). You will need to download the Co-op Live app to access your tickets.
  • Use of tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, event organiser or other third party. This is not an Eastlands Arena Limited (owner and operator of Co-op Live) prize draw and Co-op Live does not accept any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. 5.2 5x prizes of £500 on your Co-op Member wallet and £5,000 for your chosen Local Community Fund cause

  • There are five prizes available of £500 to be added to the winning Member’s Co-op Member wallet and £5,000 to the winning Member’s chosen Local Community Fund cause.
  • To win this prize, a member must have selected a Local Community Fund cause to support prior to the Promotion Period ending.
  • A Cause can be selected via the Co-op Membership App, Website or by calling the Co-op Contact Centre on 0800 068 6727.
  • Each Co-op Member and Cause can only win the Local Community Fund prize draw once within a 12 month period. If a Cause has already won a prize during the Promotion Period or in the preceding 12 months, the winning member will be sent a list of alternative causes in their local community to choose from. The winning member must choose a cause within 4 weeks of being first contacted. If a replacement Cause is not chosen within this timeframe, the £5,000 prize find will be added to the Local Community Fund which will be distributed between all Local Community Fund Causes across the UK at the end of December 2025.
  • The £500 member prize will be added to the winners’ valid Co-op membership wallet and can be spent in Co-op Food stores, at Co-op Funeralcare or with Co-op Legal Services. Not available in independent societies, some Co-op Live concessions stores, Co-op franchise stores, or in non-Co-op branded stores (such as Nisa)
  • We reserve the right to transfer any remaining balance in the winner’s member wallet to an alternative solution if it becomes necessary to do so. The winners’ chosen Cause will be contacted within 25 working days of the draw. Causes can request a reduced amount if they are unable to use the full amount of £5,000. The amount of money given per cause will not exceed £5,000. If the prize is deemed to be too much for the selected Cause, we will reduce the amount of money to suit the Cause’s needs at our discretion. If the selected Cause does not wish to participate and accept £5,000, a replacement Cause will not be chosen, and the £5,000 will be added to the Local Community Fund which will be distributed between all Local Community Fund Causes across the UK at the end of December 2025.
  • If any Cause declines a prize or fails to accept their prize within four weeks of being contacted via their agreed contact methods, they forfeit any right to the prize . A replacement Cause will not be chosen, and the £5,000 will be added to the Local Community Fund which will be distributed between all Local Community Fund Causes across the UK at the end of December 2025.
  • The money received by the Cause can contribute towards a project applied for as part of the current Local Community Fund giving period, or a project supporting their local community in line with their objectives. We will ask the winning Cause to tell us what they will be spending the money on and when informing them of winning will ask for permission for their story to be featured in PR and other communications activity to raise awareness of the Local Community Fund and how the additional funding will help.
  • Causes retain the right to opt out of this promotion and will have the ability to do so at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/MemberPrizes.
  • Prizes are provided at our discretion, and we may substitute or change it for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5.3 1x £2,500 Deliveroo voucher

  • There is one prize to be won, consisting of one £2,500 voucher to be spent with Deliveroo only. This will act as a credit on your account. You can use this with any Deliveroo partner.
  • 18+ only. United Kingdom Only. Purchase necessary.
  • The voucher will be shared in the form of a voucher code with the Winner.
  • The winner must have a valid Deliveroo account to redeem their code.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from when they are shared with the winner. The exact expiry date will be communicated when the voucher code is shared with the winner.

5.5 Holiday to Transylvania for two

  • One prize which consists of 3 nights in a centrally location four star hotel with breakfast for two.
  • Transport included consisting of return economy flights for two from London Luton to Brasov (or to Bucharest with a train transfer from Bucharest to Brasov if direct flight is not available at time of travel).
  • Hotel stay will be in a double room. A twin room can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Private return airport transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

  • As this prize involves travel outside of your home country (which must be either the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland), you and your guest are responsible for your own passport and visa arrangements and travel insurance.
  • Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage (weight of checked baggage will vary dependent on airline selected at the date of booking) per person. Subject to availability, the departure airport used will be the Winner's nearest international airport that operates flights to Romania . Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Flights to Brasov only operate from Luton and are limited times. If this is not feasible, flights will be booked to Bucharest with a 2.5 hour train transfer to Brasov. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
  • The prize does not include: mini bar charges, service charges or any other service, or form of hospitality or item not described in the prize breakdown above.
  • All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of Stretch’s initial correspondence with them.
  • The booking process for all prizes shall be administered by Stretch. Stretch will contact the winner to arrange booking.
  • All activities are subject to availability at the time of booking. If an activity is no longer available, an alternative activity will be offered.
  • Travel prizes are for the maximum number of guests and the destination and dates specified and may not be increased or varied under any circumstances unless specified in these Terms & Conditions. 

5.6 PlayInChoc Factory Tour

  • This prize is administered and delivered by Stretch. The Promotor is not liable for any delay or failure on the administration or delivery of this prize after the winners are selected.

  • There is one prize available which consists of 1 private chocolate factory tour at the PLAYinCHOC factory for the Winner and up to 3 guests.
  • Guests must be aged 7+, any guests under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and are their responsibility. Maximum of 2 children (under 18 guests) permitted.
  • The prize must be booked and taken by December 2026.
  • PLAYinCHOC factory tour can be taken on Fridays 2pm - 4pm subject to availability. Choice of date is subject to allocation by Stretch, availability may differ. Strech and PLAYin CHOC reserve the right to amend or withdraw specific dates. Tours on 26th December 2025 and 2nd January 2026 are not available.
  • PLAYinCHOC factory tour will include chocolate tasting and products to take home.
  • Allergens for any guest must be flagged in the initial prize acceptance email.
  • Travel by train and hotel accommodation to be organised post-prize acceptance and organised based on the location the winner will be travelling from.
  • Accommodation is for 1 night in a minimum 4 star hotel, based on sharing a family room. Subject to availability.
  • Travel insurance is not included.
  • Stretch may substitute or change the prizes for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond Stretch’s control make it necessary to do so but there will be no cash alternative.
  • The tour booking is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and are not for resale. If a winner tries to resell a tour, it will be made void.
  • Photos on the tour are restricted to the reception lobby and outside the factory.

6. WINNER SELECTION: The winners of each prize draw will be drawn at random within 25 working days of the end of the Promotion Period by the Promoter using a randomised computer process.

7. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by the Promoter via email address competitionsupport@coop.co.uk or by Stretch via email address coopwinners@weticketit.com to the details the winner inputted as part of the entry mechanic or to the details held on our member records within 25 working days of the winners being chosen . If the winner does not respond to the Promoter or Stretch. within five (5) days of being notified and provide the requested information for delivery of the prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be picked at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above in clause 6. There may be a delay between the winner claiming the prize and delivery. Delivery details will be confirmed to the winner after claiming the prize. Delivery times may vary depending on the prize won. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, delayed in the post, stolen or unused by their expiry date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where a member enters incomplete or incorrect information to be held on the member record.

8. DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: If there is any dispute about the receipt of validity of any entry or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

9. WINNER LIST: Winners’ names and respective counties of residence can be requested by sending an email to the following email: competitionsupport@coop.co.uk, no earlier than 4 weeks and no later than 6 weeks of the winners being drawn. By entering, winners’ consent to such information being disclosed upon request. You have the right to ask that we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.

10. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, you should contact the Membership Contact Centre on 0800 068 6727 to be excluded from the promotion.

11. DISQUALIFICATION: We reserve the right to reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the promotion if we reasonably suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the Promoter’s opinion. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third-parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.

12. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or delayed entries and such entries will be void. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received by us, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whether or not such failure is within the control of the Promoter or its agents. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

13. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: We, other members of the Co-operative Group and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other applicable data privacy laws. Except as set out in clause 14 below, we, other members of the Co-operative Group Limited will only use your information for the purposes of administering this promotion . 14. USE OF PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES: By entering this promotion, you agree that if you win, we, other members of the Co-operative Group Limited and third party agencies acting on our behalf, may use your entry, name, photo or image, county of residence and any testimonial you have provided to us, for promotional purposes (including on our websites, social media, within our magazines or within promotional emails). 15. CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms and conditions will be available at coop.co.uk/terms/memberprizes. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any such changes.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the Prizes or this promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision or use of the Prizes or entry to the promotion. The Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.

18. RELEVANT LAW: This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.

19. GENERAL: The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
