These principles are reflected in Co-op’s ethical and sustainability commitments, which inspire our colleagues, customers, members, and suppliers to act together towards securing a healthy and sustainable future.

Our Treating People Fairly Awards celebrate excellence in human rights practices and encourage suppliers to learn from each other. Supplier entries are shortlisted by independent expert panels, and the awards are presented at Co-op supplier events.
