Find out how offers works.

If your instore offer did not work

Check that:

  • you chose and added the offer to your card online or on the app before paying
  • you or someone else who uses the card haven't already used the offer
  • the offer you selected hasn’t expired
  • you bought qualifying items
  • you scanned your digital membership card, card or key fob at the till
  • you shopped at a store that accepts Co-op Offers
  • you haven't replaced your card since adding your offers
  • you spent the minimum amount if you were trying to use an offer that gives you money off your whole basket – see the Terms & Conditions for a list of items that aren’t included in total spend

If your online offer did not work

Check that:

  • you entered the right promotional code
  • the offer you selected hasn’t expired
  • you bought qualifying items
  • you spent the minimum amount if you were trying to use an offer that gives you money off your whole basket – see the Terms & Conditions for a list of items that aren’t included in total spend

If you don’t have any offers to choose from

If you've already selected your offers for this week, you won't be able to see more offers until your offers refresh on Monday.

If you're not sure which offers you chose

You can see the offers you've chosen on the Wallet screen in the Co-op App or the 'On your card' tab of your online account.

If you cannot see your chosen offers

Make sure you selected the 'Choose this offer' button on the offer or offers you want. You get a new list of offers every week on a Monday. Offers expire at the end of the week. You can only see the current week's offers in your app or online account. You cannot see expired offers.

If you want to find out what products are included in your offer

Each offer has either a ‘What’s included’ button or ‘i’ icon that you can press or click to find out what’s included in the offer.
