How to use in-store offers

Find out how to get offers and use them when you shop.

If an offer did not work

Check that:

  1. you added the offer to your card – see How to use offers for more details
  2. you successfully scanned your membership card at the till when you shopped
  3. the offer does not show as 'redeemed' because you or a member of your household have already scanned your card and used the offer
  4. the offer has not expired – you can only see offers that are in date in your Co-op App or in your account on the website, expired offers will not be visible
  5. you bought products that are included in the offer – you can check what's included in the offer details
  6. you spent the minimum required amount if the offer gives you money off your whole shop – you can check what counts towards the minimum spend in the offer details
  7. you have not replaced your card since you added your offer
  8. you shopped at a Co-op Group store – you do not get offers at independent co-operatives, including Central England, Chelmsford Star, Southern and Midcounties. To check if a store is part of our Co-op, search for the store using the Co-op store finder. If a store belongs to a different co-operative it will not appear in the search results.
