Find out how Offers works.

If your offer didn't redeem

Check that:

  • you chose and added the offer to your card online or on the app before paying
  • you or someone else who uses the card haven't already used the offer
  • the offer you selected hasn’t expired
  • you bought qualifying items
  • you scanned your membership card at the till
  • you shopped at a store that accepts Co-op offers
  • you haven't replaced your card since adding your offers
  • you spent the minimum amount if you were trying to use a basket offer – see the Terms & Conditions for a list of items that aren’t included in total spend

If you don’t have any offers to choose from

If you've already selected your 2 offers for this week, you won't be able to see more offers until your offers refresh on Monday.

If your offers aren't showing in the 'On your card' tab

Make sure you pressed or clicked the 'Choose this offer' button on the offer or offers you want. Once you’ve added an offer to your card, you can’t swap it for another one.

Each offers can only be used once. Once you’ve used your offer, we’ll update the offer to say ‘Redeemed’. You will still be able to see redeemed offers in the ‘On your card’ tab until offers refresh on Monday.

You can see the offers you chose in the 'On your card' tab.

If you want to find out what products are included in your offer

Press or click the ‘What’s included’ button for information on what’s included in each offer.

If you want to stop using Offers and get paper coupons again

When you start using Offers, we’ll stop giving you paper coupons in store.

If you decide that you’d like to go back to using paper coupons, you can contact our call centre. We’ll change your account settings and you’ll start receiving paper coupons again.
