  • 40 whole almonds
  • 40g raisins
  • 15g desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Co-op clear honey


  1. Blitz the almonds in a food processor until finely chopped
  2. Add the raisins and coconut and whizz again
  3. Add the honey and 1 tbsp of hot water and blitz until the mixture comes together
  4. Roll into 6 even sized balls and chill on a plate to firm up for at least 20 mins, or preferably overnight
