  • 1 1/2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 4 Co-op cod fillets
  • 40g Co-op plain flour
  • 2 Co-op British eggs, beaten
  • 80g white breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • Zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Handful Co-op mixed salad


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas 5
  2. Drizzle the olive oil on a baking tray and heat in the oven
  3. Cut the cod fillets into thick fingers. In 3 separate bowls, put the flour, beaten eggs and the breadcrumbs
  4. Dip the cod in each bowl to coat in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs
  5. Put on the baking tray and cook for 15 mins
  6. Meanwhile, make the dip by mixing the mayonnaise, hot sauce, the lime zest and juice
  7. Serve with a handful Co-op mixed salad, if you like
