Ingredients
- 150g Co-op light soft cheese
- 2 tbsp Co-op semi-skimmed milk
- 50g Co-op British lighter grated mature cheese
- 540g can Co-op Honest Value new potatoes in water, drained and sliced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 400g can Co-op cut green beans in water, drained and rinsed
- 100g Co-op frozen British garden peas, defrosted in the microwave
- 8 Co-op plain tortilla wraps
- 1 Co-op British free range egg, beaten
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6
- Line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper
- In a large bowl, mix the soft cheese and milk until smooth
- Season, then stir in the cheese, potatoes, spring onion, green beans and peas
- For each pasty, lay a wrap on the baking tray and brush around the edge with egg
- Put some of the potato mixture onto one half, then fold the other half over
- Working from one side to the other, tuck the top edge under the bottom one and press together
- Repeat with the rest of the wraps and filling
- Brush the tops with a little of the remaining egg, then bake for 12-15 mins, until golden and crisp
- Allow to cool for 5 mins if serving warm, or cool completely before packing
