  • 150g Co-op light soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp Co-op semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g Co-op British lighter grated mature cheese
  • 540g can Co-op Honest Value new potatoes in water, drained and sliced
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 400g can Co-op cut green beans in water, drained and rinsed
  • 100g Co-op frozen British garden peas, defrosted in the microwave
  • 8 Co-op plain tortilla wraps
  • 1 Co-op British free range egg, beaten


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6
  2. Line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper
  3. In a large bowl, mix the soft cheese and milk until smooth
  4. Season, then stir in the cheese, potatoes, spring onion, green beans and peas
  5. For each pasty, lay a wrap on the baking tray and brush around the edge with egg
  6. Put some of the potato mixture onto one half, then fold the other half over
  7. Working from one side to the other, tuck the top edge under the bottom one and press together
  8. Repeat with the rest of the wraps and filling
  9. Brush the tops with a little of the remaining egg, then bake for 12-15 mins, until golden and crisp
  10. Allow to cool for 5 mins if serving warm, or cool completely before packing
