  • 30g Co-op flaked almonds
  • ½ small Co-op British white cabbage, finely sliced
  • ½ Co-op British savoy cabbage, finely sliced
  • ½ small Co-op British cauliflower, florets separated and thinly sliced
  • 1 Co-op Pink Lady® apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 50g dried cranberries or raisins
  • 100g Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Co-op hot horseradish sauce
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ x 25g pack flat leaf parsley, leaves only, chopped


  1. Toast the almonds in a frying pan over a medium heat for 5 mins, until golden
  2. Set aside to cool fully
  3. In a large bowl, toss the white and savoy cabbage with the cauliflower, apple, onion and cranberries or raisins until well combined
  4. Whisk the yogurt, horseradish, lemon zest and juice, parsley, and 1 tbsp water in a small bowl
  5. Season, then drizzle over the slaw and massage in lightly with your hands
  6. Mix in the toasted almonds to serve
