  • 2 tbsp Co-op light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200g Co-op British red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Co-op British carrots, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 50g Co-op dried apricots, chopped
  • 75g Co-op walnuts, chopped


  1. Mix the mayo, yogurt and maple syrup together in a large bowl and season
  2. Add the red cabbage, carrot, spring onion, apricot and walnuts and toss together to coat.
