Ingredients
- 1/4 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 100g Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
Method
- Mix the cucumber, fresh mint, a squeeze lemon juice and yogurt together
- Season to taste and serve sprinkled with extra mint, if you like
