  • 1 banana, plus extra slices to serve
  • 5 Co-op ready to eat pitted dates, plus extra, chopped, to serve
  • 250ml Co-op British semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tsp Fairtrade cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios, to serve


  1. Simply put all the ingredients in a blender, and whizz until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl, over ice, if you like
  3. Arrange the pistachios
  4. Add extra banana and dates over the top to serve
