- 1 banana, plus extra slices to serve
- 5 Co-op ready to eat pitted dates, plus extra, chopped, to serve
- 250ml Co-op British semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tsp Fairtrade cocoa powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios, to serve
- Simply put all the ingredients in a blender, and whizz until smooth
- Pour into a bowl, over ice, if you like
- Arrange the pistachios
- Add extra banana and dates over the top to serve
