Ingredients

  • 4 scoops (about 40g per scoop) Co-op Irresistible Clotted Cream Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 50ml freshly made espresso
  • 25ml Co-op Irresistible French Grain Vodka
  • Coffee beans, to garnish 

Method

  1. Scoop the ice cream into two bowls
  2. Stir together the espresso and vodka, then pour over the ice cream
  3. Garnish with coffee beans to serve
