Ingredients

  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1/4 chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 large mango
  • Co-op stuck in the mud chaos pot ice cream (optional)

Method

  1. Simmer the lime zest and juice, sugar and chilli for 3-4 mins, until syrupy. Set aside
  2. Peel and halve the bananas lengthways, halve and stone the nectarines and peel and stone the mango, then cut into fingers
  3. Brush the cut sides of the fruit with sunflower oil and barbecue cut-side down for 1 minute
  4. Serve drizzled with the syrup and a scoop of Co-op stuck in the mud chaos pot ice cream
