Ingredients
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 50g caster sugar
- 1/4 chilli, finely chopped
- 2 bananas
- 2 nectarines
- 1 large mango
- Co-op stuck in the mud chaos pot ice cream (optional)
Method
- Simmer the lime zest and juice, sugar and chilli for 3-4 mins, until syrupy. Set aside
- Peel and halve the bananas lengthways, halve and stone the nectarines and peel and stone the mango, then cut into fingers
- Brush the cut sides of the fruit with sunflower oil and barbecue cut-side down for 1 minute
- Serve drizzled with the syrup and a scoop of Co-op stuck in the mud chaos pot ice cream
