Ingredients
- 12 Co-op Irresistible Scottish shortbread fingers
- For the raspbberry dip:
- 225g Co-op British raspberries
- 2 tbsp Co-op raspberry jam
- For the peanut butter dip:
- 3 tbsp Co-op peanut butter
- 200ml fat free Greek style yogurt
- 1 tbsp Co-op clear honey
Method
- Make each dip by mashing together the ingredients with a fork until combined
- Serve with 2 shortbread fingers per person
