Ingredients

  • 12 Co-op Irresistible Scottish shortbread fingers
  • For the raspbberry dip:
  • 225g Co-op British raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Co-op raspberry jam
  • For the peanut butter dip:
  • 3 tbsp Co-op peanut butter
  • 200ml fat free Greek style yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Co-op clear honey

Method

  1. Make each dip by mashing together the ingredients with a fork until combined
  2. Serve with 2 shortbread fingers per person
