  • 30g walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 280g jar Co-op chargrilled peppers in oil, drained
  • Small handful fresh mint leaves, or 1 tbsp dried
  • 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Co-op white pitta breads
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 6 radishes, trimmed and halved


  1. Add the walnuts to a dry frying pan and cook over a low heat for a few mins, until toasted
  2. Blend the walnuts, garlic, peppers, mint and olive oil until fairly smooth
  3. Season with black pepper
  4. Split the pittas in half then slice each half into 6 pieces
  5. Grill on a high heat until crispy
  6. Arrange on a plate with the carrot and radishes and serve with the dip
