Ingredients
- 1/2 Co-op ripe and ready to eat avocado
- 150g Co-op natural yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 10g fresh coriander
- 2 Co-op pitta breads, toasted and sliced
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 carrots, sliced into batons
- 3 radishes, halved
Method
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and blend
- Add the yogurt, lime juice, ground coriander and fresh coriander
- Blend again, until smooth
- Serve with pitta bread, red pepper, carrots and radishes
