  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 180ml apple juice
  • 12 tsp Co-op clear honey
  • 1 bottle Co-op prosecco
  • 60 mint leaves
  • Apple slices, to garnish


  1. Pour the lime juice and apple juice into a jug
  2. Add the honey and stir until dissolved
  3. Add ice and pour in the prosecco
  4. Clap the mint leaves between your palms to release the flavours and add to the jug
  5. Stir and then divide between 6 tall glasses
  6. Garnish with a couple of apple slices and a sprig of mint
