Marinated chicken drumsticks in zesty yogurt for extra tender meat, then grill and serve with the cooling dip for a great sharing dish

Ingredients
- 400g Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Co-op tomato purée
- 2 tbsp Co-op Fairtrade clear honey
- Finely grated zest and juice of 2 limes
- 2.25kg Co-op chicken drumsticks
- 25g pack coriander, half finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, sliced and deseeded
- ½ red onion, finely sliced, to serve
Method
- Combine half the yogurt with the garlic, spices, tomato purée, honey and zest of 1 lime. Season, add the chicken, then marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight if you have time.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas 7
- Bake the chicken on 2 foil-lined baking trays for 20 mins, turning halfway
- Heat the grill to medium-high, then take the chicken out of the oven and grill for 5 mins each side until cooked through
- Mix the remaining yogurt, lime zest and juice with the chopped coriander
- Serve alongside the chicken, scattered with the rest of the coriander, the chilli and onion
