- 400g Co-op spaghetti
- 120g Co-op Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- 4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Co-op extra virgin olive oil
- Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions
- Drain, reserving 200ml of the water
- Put the cheese and pepper in the pan, setting aside a little cheese
- Add some pasta water and stir to create a paste
- Gradually add more water until you have a thick sauce, then toss in the pasta
- Add the oil and more water if necessary until all the pasta is coated in the sauce
- Top with the reserved cheese and serve immediately
