  • 20g seeds from a butternut squash or pumpkin
  • 20g Co-op sunflower seeds
  • 10g Co-op flaked almonds
  • 1 tsp Co-op vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6
  2. Put the squash seeds into a colander and rinse to get rid of any orange flesh
  3. Pat dry, then tip into a roasting tin along with the sunflower seeds and almonds
  4. Drizzle with the oil and toss well until coated
  5. Sprinkle with the paprika, garlic granules and cumin, then season
  6. Roast for 10-15 mins, until crisp and toasted
  7. Allow to cool completely before using
