Ingredients

  • 400g Co-op frozen summer fruits
  • 2 Co-op Royal Gala apples, cored
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 25g Co-op low fat natural yogurt

Method

  1. Blitz the summer fruits in a food processor with the apples and orange juice, plus 300ml water, then divide between six glasses
  2. Put the yogurt into a sandwich bag and snip off one corner, then pipe
  3. a spiral onto each smoothie
  4. Using a cocktail stick, drag from the centre of the spiral outwards to create a spiderweb effect
