Ingredients

  • 4 large Co-op British Strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 2tsp Co-op Caster Sugar
  • 4 Co-op Irresistible Cornish Clotted Cream Sultana Scones
  • 100ml Co-op Fresh Double Cream, whipped

Method

  1. Put the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar
  2. Stir and set to one side
  3. Split the scones in half and top with the whipped double cream
  4. Spoon over the strawberries to serve
