This quick and easy pasta dish is delicious for dinner or as a light lunch.

  • 10 Co-op cherry tomatoes halved
  • 500g of Co-op skinless chicken breast
  • 300g Co-op fresh tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 150g Tomato & chilli pasta sauce
  • Black pepper


  1. Add 1 tbsp oil and cook chicken breast in a frying pan for approx 15-20mins (until cooked through)
  2. Remove from pan and roughly chop
  3. Cook the fresh pasta as directions on the pack and drain
  4. Add 1 tbsp of oil to pan and gently fry chopped garlic
  5. Add halved cherry tomatoes and add tomato and chilli sauce
  6. Then add pasta and chopped chicken
  7. Finish with black pepper
