Ingredients

  • 100ml Co-op double cream
  • 8 Co-op Scottish shortbread mini rounds
  • 6 Co-op British strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 tsp balsamic glaze

Method

  1. Whip the double cream to soft peaks and spoon onto the shortbread rounds
  2. Arrange the strawberry slices on top, then drizzle 1/2 tsp balsamic glaze over each one
