  • 220g pack Co-op salmon fillets
  • 1/2 x 120g pack Co-op teriyaki stir fry sauce
  • 1/2 head broccoli, florets removed and halved
  • 1 tbsp Co-op vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 x 250g pack Co-op medium egg noodles
  • 320g pack Co-op vegetable stir fry
  • 1⁄2 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas 5 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
  2. Put the salmon in a shallow dish and pour over the teriyaki sauce, so it‘s
  3. fully covered
  4. Marinate for 5 mins
  5. Put the salmon on the baking tray, topped with any remaining teriyaki sauce
  6. Toss the broccoli with 1 tsp of the oil and place around the salmon
  7. Bake for 18-20 mins, sprinkling with the sesame seeds for the last 5 mins Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions
  8. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over a high heat
  9. Cook the stir-fry vegetables for 4 mins, adding the chilli and soy sauce for the last minute
  10. Serve with the noodles, salmon and broccoli
