Ingredients
- 75g coriander, leaves and stalks, chopped
- 25g pack flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 75ml Co-op olive oil
Method
- Blitz everything, except the oil, until smooth
- Continue to process while adding the oil in a steady stream, until you have a thick sauce, season to taste
- This keeps, chilled, for a few days
