By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions and these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of conflict or inconsistency with any other communication about this Promotion.

1. PROMOTER: This promotion is operated by Co-operative Group Food Limited a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 with registration number 26715R whose registered office is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ in these Terms and Conditions should mean the Co-operative Group Food Limited.

2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: The Promotion Period runs from 03 January 2026 through 03 February 2026. Any entries made outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open to UK residents who are members of Co-operative Group Limited, aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter can enter to win, however employees of the Promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are excluded from entering this promotion. This promotion is not available in any independent co-operative societies, Midcounties, Central England, Southern or Chelmsford Star co-operatives, some Co-op franchise stores and concessions (such as Co-op Live) or in non-Co-op branded stores (such as Nisa. Temporary membership card holders are excluded from this promotion and prize draws.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Co-op Group members must:

  1. Spend a minimum of £10 (ten pounds), after any discounts or offers have been applied to the final basket cost, in a single transaction and scan their Membership card/Co-op App at the till in a Co-op Group Food store.

  2. Pay using a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card.

Transactions containing of any of the following products will not be included in the basket spend: first stage baby milk, postage stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in store concessions, PayPoint, cigarettes and tobacco, vapes, saving stamps, newspaper deliveries, carrier bags, mobile phone top ups and prescription medicines. Where removal of the above excluded items takes place, and the new basket total is less than £10, that transaction will not be valid and will not be entered into the prize draw.

5. PRIZES: There are 7 (seven) prizes to be won. Maximum of one prize per winner. Each prize will include:

• 1 pair of tickets in a suite at The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard. The event will take place on Saturday 28 February 2026 at Co-op Live in Manchester (“Event”).

• Return transport from one address in the UK to Manchester

• 1 night’s stay in The Edwardian Hotel in Manchester based on double or twin occupancy with breakfast • Transfers to Co-op Live arena

• Access to the Official BRITs after show celebrations

Winner(s) and their guest(s) must be aged 18 or over.

Prize packages (and associated tickets) are personal to the winner(s) and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). BRIT Awards Limited and/or the Promoter reserve the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with. Prize packages (and associated tickets) are as stated and nothing else is included. There is no cash or other alternative for the prize in whole or in part.

6. WINNER SELECTION: The winners of the prize draw will be drawn at random within 1 working day of the end of the Promotion Period by the Promoter using a randomised computer process.

7. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by Co-op via email within 2 working days of the prize draw (‘Initial Email’) using the email address registered on the winner's Co-op membership account. It is the Winners’ sole responsibility to ensure that their membership account details are up-to-date, and Co-op will not be liable for non-receipt of the notice due to an inactive/incorrect email address. The Winner of the Prize must respond within 24 hours of receiving the Initial Email otherwise the Prize will be forfeited, and Co-op shall be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above in clause 6. If a Winner does not wish to accept their assigned tickets, their prize will be forfeited, and a replacement Winner will be selected with no alternative prize offered. We may ask the Winner(s) and their guest(s) to provide proof of age.

The winner(s) full name, contact number and email address will be shared with Mastercard’s service provider ‘The Big Group Limited’ and ‘BRIT Awards Limited’ for the purposes of fulfilling the prize. 8. DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any entry or any other aspect of the promotion, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control.

9. WINNER LIST: Winners’ names and respective counties of residence can be requested by sending an email to the following email: competitionsupport@coop.co.uk, no earlier than 4 weeks and no later than 6 weeks of the winners being drawn. By entering, winners’ consent to such information being disclosed upon request. You have the right to ask that we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.

10. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion and shall prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, you should contact the Membership Contact Centre on 0800 068 6727 to be excluded from the promotion. Winner(s) and their guest(s) acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full terms and conditions of the tickets, which can be viewed at https://www.brits.co.uk/terms-and-conditions (“Ticket Terms and Conditions”). The Ticket Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time and may include the requirement for ticket holders to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on their ticket. Failure to comply with any of the Ticket Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the Event.

Winner(s) and their guest(s) acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the full terms and conditions of Co-op Live (the “Venue”), which can be viewed here Terms and Conditions | Co-op Live. The Venue reserves the right to remove any person or refuse any person entry to The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard regardless of whether they have a valid ticket in case of any breach of the Venue Terms and Conditions. No money shall be refunded if a ticket is declared void or if a ticket holder is refused admission or is removed from the Event because of a breach of the Ticket Terms and Conditions or breach of the Venue Terms and Conditions

11. DISQUALIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR CHANGE

Co-op can

i. reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the promotion if we reasonably suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty,

ii. withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so; and

iii. amend these terms and conditions at any time with updated terms and conditions being found at https://www.coop.co.uk/terms/britsmastercardcomp

12. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED: The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received by us, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whether or not such failure is within the control of the Promoter or its agents. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

13. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: We, other members of the Co-operative Group, Mastercard, Big Group Limited, BRIT Awards Limited and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other applicable data privacy laws and will only use your personal data for the purposes of administering this Promotion or for promotional purposes. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the Prizes or this promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision or use of the Prizes or entry to the promotion. The Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.

The Promoter, its agents and BRIT Awards Limited do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting a prize or any element of a prize. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and BRIT Awards Limited are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, pandemic or epidemic and any related government action or any other government restrictions or regulations, or from an act or omission of any individual or condition beyond its control.

15. RELEVANT LAW: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England if any dispute arises.
