Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and to their details being communicated to the Promoter’s representatives so that the Promoter or its representatives can contact the participant in connection with the promotion (as necessary). OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This promotion runs from 08:01am 9 December 2024 and 23:59pm 20 December 2024 (the “Promotional Period”). Any submissions made before the opening date or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the promotion, members must access the Co-op App during the Promotional Period and click the link on the Co-op app homepage to the 12 Days of Rewards game. Each offer is available to be revealed for 1 day. Members can only play once per day. Further information on each day’s offer can be found in Clause (5).

5.1. DAY 1 – available to enter from 08:01am-23:59pm on Monday 9 December 2024:

5.2. DAY 2 – available to enter from 00:01am-23:59pm on Tuesday 10 December 2024:
5.2.1. ELIGIBILITY – entrants must be over the age of 18 in order to win the Prize. We may require proof of identity or age.
5.2.2. PRIZES – there are 9 pairs of tickets to be won to Co-op Live event in total. Maximum of one pair of tickets per winner. Each prize is 2 tickets from a list of shows at Co-op Live in Manchester that will be performing across February and March and is first come first served on ticket allocation. First choice is not guaranteed. Concert availability may differ between calendar months but we and Co-op Live reserve the right to amend or withdraw specific concerts/shows. We may substitute or change the prizes for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so but there will be no cash alternative. The tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and are not for resale. If a winner tries to resell a ticket, the ticket will be made void. The prize does not include travel to and from the event, accommodation costs, food and drink, travel insurance, or any other associated cost. ID may be required before you are allowed entry to the event, and you may be refused entry if you do not provide suitable photographic ID (such as passport or driving licence). You will need to download the Co-op Live app to access your tickets.
Use of tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the ticket issuer, event organiser or other third party. This is not an Eastlands Arena Limited (owner and operator of Co-op Live) prize draw and Co-op Live does not accept any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. 5.2.3. WINNER SELECTION – Following the end of the Promotional Period for Day 2, the winner will be selected at random from all entries received using a randomised computer generator. The Promoter and its agents will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including as such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agents. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
5.2.4. NOTIFICATION – Winners will be notified no later than one month of entering and informed of which of their selected gigs they have won tickets for. Winners will be contacted via email by competitionsupport@coop.co.uk with a list of shows to choose from – email will be titled “Act now: Secure your spot in our prize draw”. Ticket allocations are first come, first served. Once the winner has selected their preferred Co-op Live event and responded via email, allocations will be reviewed and winners will be contacted to confirm their show. If a winner does not respond to us within 14 working days of being notified by us, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be picked at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above in clause (5.2.3). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, delayed in the post, stolen or unused by their expiry date. We may ask for winner’s name, photograph, and permission to be part of promotional activity to be used in PR and promotional activity.
5.2.5. WINNER’S LIST – Winner’s name and respective county of residence can be made available upon request by emailing competitionsupport@coop.co.uk with the subject title ’12 Days of Rewards Game Winners List’ within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the winner selection. By entering, winner’s consent to such information being disclosed upon request. 5.3. DAY 3 – available to enter from 00:01am-23:59pm on Wednesday 11 December 2024:

5.4. DAY 4 – available to enter from 00:01am-23:59pm on Thursday 12 December 2024:
5.4.1. PRIZE – there are 10 prizes of £100 Co-op Group member wallet credit available. Any credit will be added to the winners’ valid Co-op Group Membership card and can be spent in Co-op Food stores, at Co-op Funeralcare or with Co-op Legal Services. We reserve the right to transfer any remaining balance on the winner’s Membership card to an alternative solution if it becomes necessary to do so. Prizes are provided at our discretion, and we may substitute or change it for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 5.11. DAY 11 – available to enter from 00:01am-23:59pm on Thursday 19 December 2024:
5.11.1. ELIGIBILITY – entrants must be over the age of 18 in order to win the Prize. We may require proof of identity or age. Winner must have a valid UK bank account for the purposes of the transfer.
5.11.2. PRIZES – there are 10 prizes in total to be won consisting of £1,000 transferred to the winner’s UK bank account via BACS payment. Payment will be made within 35 days of the winner’s initial phone call to request transfer. The prize money will be sent from The Co-operative Group with a reference of ‘Co-op Member Prize Draw’. No alternative prizes will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We accept no responsibility for prizes that are lost, stolen or unused by their expiry date. We accept no responsibility where incomplete or incorrect information has been entered as part of a member’s details. If you do not win the prize draw, you will not receive an email or phone call from the Promoter.
5.11.3. WINNER SELECTION – Following the end of the Promotional Period for Day 11, the winner will be selected at random from all entries received using a randomised computer generator. The Promoter and its agents will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including as such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agents. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
5.11.4. NOTIFICATION – Winners will be contacted via their email associated to their Co-op Membership account within 10 working days of the draw from the competitionsupport@coop.co.uk mailbox and via phone call, if a phone number is present on their membership account. A voicemail will be left if no response to the phone call. Entrants must make sure that the email address and phone number associated with their account is up-to-date and active.
Winners will be asked on the phone call and/or email to accept their prize. If contacted via phone call, winners will be asked to provide their account number and sort code to arrange the BACs transfer.
If only contacted via email, winners have 14 days upon receiving the first email to confirm acceptance of the prize. Following acceptance, Co-op will share a phone number for the winner to call to complete their BACs transfer. If winners do not phone this number to complete the transfer within 14 working days upon receiving the phone number via the first email, an alternative winner will be chosen.
This phone number is from the Co-op Contact Centre. The Contact Colleague will ask for the winner’s account number and sort code to arrange the BACs transfer. Calls will be recorded. Winners should ensure that the details shared match their bank account details. We may ask for winner’s permission to be part of promotional activity to be used in PR and promotional activity.
5.11.5. WINNER’S LIST – Winner’s name and respective county of residence can be made available upon request by emailing competitionsupport@coop.co.uk with the subject title ’12 Days of Rewards Game Winners List’ within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the winner selection. By entering, winner’s consent to such information being disclosed upon request. You have the right to ask that we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.
5.12. DAY 12 – available to enter from 00:01am-23:59pm on Friday 20 December 2024:
5.12.1. Guaranteed digital offer of a free 70g pack of Co-op Milk Chocolate Coins, when purchased in a Co-operative Group Food store only. Digital offer will remain valid until 23:59 on 22 December 2024, at which point it will expire. The following terms apply:
Maximum of 1 digital offer will be given to each entrant. Digital offer will automatically be added to the member’s valid membership card/wallet after the 12 Days of Rewards Day 12 game has been played, and is redeemable the next time the member shops in-store at a Co-op Group food store and purchases the qualifying product. Member must scan their membership card at the till in a Co-operative Group Food Limited store as part of a qualifying transaction to receive their digital offer. Digital offer is linked to Co-op Group member’s valid membership card – if a new membership card is received once the digital offer has been uploaded to the membership card, the discount will not be accessible.
Digital offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be given. Digital offers are provided at our discretion, and we may substitute or change them for an offer of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. We accept no responsibility where digital offers are unused by their expiry date. Selected products are subject to availability.
Digital offers can only be used once, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers for money off total spend e.g. £1 off £10 or £1 off. You cannot spend your digital offer with the following retailers, even though they may sell Co-op branded products: independent co-operatives, including Central England, Chelmsford Star, Southern and Midcounties; NISA or; franchise stores; at the Co-op Live arena; any other non-Co-op branded retailers. The digital offer cannot be used on purchases made online, at shop.coop.co.uk, or on delivery partner sites (such as Uber Eats).
We only accept the original digital offer. Although we hope we never need to, we do have the right to stop anyone from using the digital offer if we suspect that they’ve done something fraudulent or if we think that they’re in breach of these T&Cs or being dishonest.

6 - DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any coupon or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control.
7 - AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
8 - DISQUALIFICATION: We reserve the right to reject any entry, withhold any digital offer and disqualify you from the promotion if we reasonably suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated submissions, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the Promoter’s opinion. Submissions must be made personally. Submissions made through agents/third-parties, bulk submissions or automated submissions are invalid.
9 - NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBMISSIONS NOT RECEIVED: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed submissions and such attempts will be void. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the game. We accept no responsibility for any submissions not successfully received by us, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whether or not such failure is within the control of the Promotor or its agents. Proof of playing the Hit a Monster game is not proof of receipt of entry.
10 - USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: By entering this promotion, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data. 11 - CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We exclude all conditions, warranties and representations express or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the digital offer and the promotion. We shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury, directly or indirectly occurring as a result of the provision of, or use of, the digital offers or any prizes won in connection with this Promotion. We make no attempt to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of negligence.
14 - RELEVANT LAW: This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
15 - GENERAL: The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
