Nintendo Bundle Prize Terms
By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions and these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of conflict or inconsistency with any other communication about this Promotion.
1. Promoter: Co-operative Group Limited (26715R) whose registered address is at 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ mean the Promoter.
2. Promotion Period: 03 November – 30 November 2025. Purchases made outside of these dates will not be included.
3. How to Enter:
a) Visit the ‘Discover’ tab in the Co-op App and select ‘November Prize Draws’
b) Select the ‘Nintendo Bundle’ prize draw option and follow the steps as prompted;
c) Spend at least £5 in a Co-op Group Food store and scan your membership card/app at the till or sign in online at shop.coop.co.uk.
d) Each £5 spent in the same or a new transaction will result in another entry. Any amount between a £5 increment will not count towards a future spend. Members that join in November will receive double entries.
e) The following products shall not count towards the basket spend – first stage baby milk, postage stamps, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in store concessions, PayPoint, cigarettes, tobacco and vapes, saving stamps, newspapers, carrier bags, mobile phone top-ups and prescription medicines. We accept no liability for entries that are illegible or delayed and they will be void from the Promotion. Proof of submission does not amount to proof of entry.
4. Prize:
(i) There is one prize available to win of:
- Nintendo Switch 2 and Mario Kart World Console Bundle;
- Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con 2 Wheel Pair; and
- Nintendo Switch 2 Carrying Case & Screen Protector
(ii) The Prize will be provided by Stretch Communications Ltd (Company no: 04594879), whose registered address is 37/38 Margaret Street, Fitzrovia, London, United Kingdom, W1G 0JF (“Stretch”) on behalf of the Promoter.
(iii) Items are subject to availability. Stretch may substitute or change items for an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond Stretch’s control make it necessary to do so.
(iv) Prize delivery may take longer than usual and is subject to availability. Stretch aim to deliver prizes within 28 days of winner confirmation, but delays may occur due to external factors. Stretch is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver where this is beyond reasonable control. Winners will be contacted with delivery details, and if Stretch are unable to deliver after reasonable attempts, the prize may be forfeited.
(v) The Promoter and Stretch are not affiliated with Nintendo.
5. Eligibility: Promotion is open to UK residents who are Co-op Group Members aged 18 and over. Temporary membership card holders and employees involved in the creation of the prize draw are excluded.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
a) There will be 1 winner which will be drawn at random within 25 days of the end of the Promotion Period by the Promoter using a randomised computer generator.
b) Winners will be notified by Stretch Communications Ltd. on behalf of the Promoter via coopwinners@weticketit.com to the email address linked to the winner’s Co-op Membership account within 25 days of the winners being selected. If a winner doesn’t respond and provide any required details within 5 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be picked at random. The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect details being entered for the winners Co-op Membership account.
c) Winners’ names and counties of residence can be requested from competitionsupport@coop.co.uk no earlier than 4 weeks or later than 6 weeks of the winners being drawn.
d) The Promoter accepts no liability for prizes that are lost, delayed, stolen or unused by their expiry date.
7. Disqualification, Cancellation or Changes:
a) Co-op can:
i. reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the Promotion if we suspect non-compliance with these terms, fraud, cheating or dishonesty;
ii. withdraw or cancel the Promotion without prior notice and without liability to any other party if it is necessary to do so; and
iii. amend these terms and conditions at any time with updated terms and conditions being found at www.coop.co.uk/terms/memberprizes.
8. Decision of the Promoter: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any entry or other aspect of the Promotion, our decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Personal Information: We, other members of the Co-op Group and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other applicable data privacy laws and will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion or for promotional purposes. Any personal data submitted by the winner to Stretch will be treated in accordance with Stretch’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://www.weticketit.com/coop/booking/optin/privacy. By entering this draw, you accept that your personal details may be shared with Element for the purpose of administering and delivering the prize.
10. Limitation of Liability: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are otherwise in connection with any aspect of this Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision or use of the Prize or this Promotion or for any act or omission of any third-party. We make no attempt to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence.
11. Relevant Law and General: These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and you submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises.
