1. These terms and conditions set out the rules of this prize draw. By entering the promotion, you agree to these rules. We may update these rules at any time, and the latest version will be available at www.coop.co.uk/terms/summergames. It’s your responsibility to check for any changes.

2. Promoter: Co-operative Group Limited (525R), registered address: 1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG. Reference to ‘Co-op’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ means the Promoter.

3. Opening and closing dates: The promotion runs from 03 July 2026 to 26 July 2026 We won’t accept any entries received before or after the live dates shown below.

The promotion consists of four (4) separate game periods (“Game weeks”), each with its own live entry window and redemption period, as set out below:

4. Who can enter: This promotion is open to UK residents, who are Co-op Group Members and employee members of Co-operative Group Limited that access the Co-op App during the Promotional Period and take part in the game. Internet access required. Temporary Membership cardholders are excluded from this promotion.

5. How to enter: To receive their Digital Offer members must,

a) Access the Co-op App during the Promotional Periods as stated in clause 3, b) Click on the discover tab on the Co-op app homepage to continue to the game, c) Play the game to reveal either a no-win message or a Digital Offer (The Digital Offer).

Members can only play once per game week during the Promotional Period.

5. The Digital Offer: A digital offer will either be 20p, 50p or £1 off your next shop.

5.1 The digital offer is linked to Co-op member’s valid membership card – if a new membership card is received after the digital offer has been uploaded to the member’s membership card, the discount will not be accessible.

5.2 The digital offer will automatically be added to the member’s membership card and will remain valid during the redemption periods listed in section 3, thereafter the digital offer will expire. The digital offer can only be used once.

5.3 Digital Offers are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be given. We accept no responsibility for any Digital Offers that are unused by their expiry date.

5.4 The digital offer cannot be used on purchases made on delivery partner sites (such as Uber Eats), or on fuel, first stage baby milk, postage stamps, saving schemes, lottery purchases, gift cards and vouchers, phone cards, in-store concessions, PayPoint, newspaper deliveries, mobile phone top ups, saving stamps, prescription medicines, carrier bags, or cigarettes, vapes and tobacco.

5.5 The digital offer is subject to Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP). Where the digital offer would reduce alcohol below MUP, we reserve the right to revoke the use of the digital offer on the transaction. If the digital offer is used in conjunction with any other discounts, the alcohol will only be discounted by whichever reduces the price of the alcohol furthest, without reducing the alcohol below the MUP.

6. Redeeming the offer: To redeem the Digital Offer, members must scan their membership card/App at the till in a Co-operative Group Food or sign in to shop.coop.co.uk

6.1 You must spend at least the value of your offer for your offer to be redeemed (e.g. spend at least £1 to redeem £1 off). The Digital Offer will automatically be added to the member’s membership card/wallet after completing the game and will be redeemed on their next shop in a Co-op Food store.

6.2 The digital offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers for money off total spend e.g. £1 off £10 or £1 off.

6.3 You cannot spend your digital offer with the following retailers, even though they may sell Co-op branded products: independent co-operatives, including Central England, Chelmsford Star, Southern and Midcounties; NISA or; franchise stores; at the Co-op Live arena; any other non-Co-op branded retailers.

7. How we use your information: We, our other Co-op businesses and trusted third-party agencies may collect and use your personal information. We do this in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other privacy laws. We will only use your information to run this prize draw or, if you win, for promotional purposes. 8. General

a. You must enter the promotion yourself. Entries made by someone else, in bulk, or by an automated process are not allowed.

b. We’re not responsible if we don’t receive your entry, or if it arrives late, because of any technical problems. This could be issues with computers, software, the internet, servers, or networks. Sending your entry doesn’t guarantee that we have received it.

c. We can refuse your entry or decide not to give you a prize if we believe you’ve broken these rules or acted dishonestly.

d. You can’t swap the prize, give it to someone else, or exchange it for cash. If the prize is no longer available for reasons we can’t control, we’ll replace it with a similar prize of the same or higher value

e. We may change, pause or cancel this promotion any time if we need to.

f. We’re not responsible if you experience any loss or damage connected to the prize or the promotion, unless the law says we must be — for example, if something happens because of our negligence or if we act dishonestly.

g. This promotion and these rules follow English law. If there’s any disagreement, it will be dealt with by the English courts.
