Co-op Health

NHS repeat prescriptions made easy

If you have a repeat prescription from a GP in England you can order your medication from your mobile phone or tablet using the Co-op Health app.

No need to call anyone or visit a pharmacy - unless you want to.

You must have online service codes to use the app - you can get these from your GP surgery.

Your prescription where you want it

Choose to have your medication delivered to any UK address or pick it up from any pharmacy in England.

Order securely on your phone

We connect you to your GP's surgery using an approved NHS connection meaning you can view, order and manage your repeat prescriptions securely.

Get updates on your order

We'll send you updates of where your order is at every step of the way to your email, and to your phone if you choose.

Check regularly for more services

We'll soon be adding more services such as booking your GP appointments or ordering medication for someone else, we'll let you know when they're ready through the app or by email.

How it works

  1. If you've not already, ask your doctor for your unique codes for NHS online services - they'll probably send them to you in a letter. If you've already used them to register with Patient Access you can find them in your profile.
  2. Download the Co-op Health app, enter the codes and set up your account
  3. See your repeat prescriptions, order the medications you need and choose where you want them delivered
  4. Your GP will check your order and we'll let you know when it's approved
  5. Get updates on your order by email and through the app
