Try this lighter pud featuring the classic flavours of a Bakewell tart

Ingredients
- 8 Co-op British plums, halved and stoned
- 30g icing sugar
- 75ml orange juice
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 150g Co-op fat free Greek style yogurt
- 50g rolled oats
- 50g ground almonds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/Gas 4
- Put the plums in a small ovenproof dish
- Mix the icing sugar, orange juice and 1/2 tsp almond extract, and spoon over the plums
- Bake for 20 mins, then remove and leave to cool for 10 mins
- Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, oats, ground almonds and another 1/2 tsp almond extract
- Add a layer of the yogurt mix to the bottom of 4 glasses, then add a layer of the baked plums
- Repeat until you have 3 layers of each
- Drizzle over any remaining juices from the plums and serve
