  • 300ml Co-op semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 Co-op British egg
  • 160g Co-op plain flour
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 10g Co-op unsalted butter
  • 100g Co-op Fairtrade dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp canned fruit in syrup, drained (eg cherries)
  • 1 tbsp fat free Greek style yogurt


  1. Put the milk and egg in a bowl
  2. Whisk in the flour
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan
  4. Add a large spoonful of batter, swirling the pan to make a thin crêpe
  5. Cook for 1-2 mins each side or until golden, flipping in between
  6. Make 5 more, adding 1 tsp vegetable oil when necessary
  7. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water
  8. Top 2 crêpes with the fruit, yogurt and a drizzle of melted chocolate
