Ingredients
- 185g Co-op brandy butter
- 100g light soft brown sugar
- 100g dark soft brown sugar
- 2 Co-op British eggs
- 250g Co-op plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 150g Co-op oats
- 100g raisins
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/Gas 4
- Beat the brandy butter with the sugar, then add the eggs and beat again
- Add the flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda, ground cinnamon, oats and raisins and mix together
- Take a spoonful of the mix and roll into a ball
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture to make 16 in total
- Grease 2 baking trays and spread 8 balls evenly apart on each one
- Bake for 10-12 mins until just golden
