Ingredients

  • 185g Co-op brandy butter
  • 100g light soft brown sugar
  • 100g dark soft brown sugar
  • 2 Co-op British eggs
  • 250g Co-op plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 150g Co-op oats
  • 100g raisins

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/Gas 4
  2. Beat the brandy butter with the sugar, then add the eggs and beat again
  3. Add the flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda, ground cinnamon, oats and raisins and mix together
  4. Take a spoonful of the mix and roll into a ball
  5. Repeat with the rest of the mixture to make 16 in total
  6. Grease 2 baking trays and spread 8 balls evenly apart on each one
  7. Bake for 10-12 mins until just golden
