  • 1 red seeded chilli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1/2 cabbage, finely shredded
  • 250g cooked egg noodles
  • 115g cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  1. Finely chop the chilli, garlic and red onion
  2. Fry them together in olive oil for a few mins
  3. Add the cabbage, and stir fry for a few more mins
  4. Add the egg noodles, chicken breast, and the soy sauce
  5. Stir to heat through and spoon into 2 bowls
