Ingredients
- 450g Co-op British chicken breast fillets
- 1 x 450g jar Patak's Tikka Masala sauce
- 280g Co-op basmati rice
Method
- Cut up the chicken into small cubes
- In a saucepan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add in the chicken
- Cook on high for 5 minutes
- Add in the sauce, let it bubble and then turn the heat down
- Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
- Meanwhile, cook the rice just like it says on the pack
- Make sure your dinner is fully cooked and piping hot before serving it up
