Ingredients

  • 1/2 x 600g pack Co-op lamb chops
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 x 500g jar Co-op tikka masala curry sauce
  • 1/2 x 400g can Co-op chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Co-op naan breads

Method

  1. Cut the chops into bite sized chunks and discard the bones
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and stir fry the lamb over a high heat for 3 mins
  3. Add the red pepper and cook for another 3 mins, until the lamb is browned on all sides and the pepper has softened slightly
  4. Add the curry sauce, cover the pan and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins
  5. Add the chick peas to the mix and heat through
  6. Meanwhile, sprinkle the naan bread on both sides with a little water and grill on a medium heat for 2 mins, turning once halfway through
  7. Serve with the curry
