Ingredients
- 300g Co-op basmati rice
- 450g tikka masala sauce
- 2 x 220g Co-op Scottish salmon fillets, skinned and cubed
- 2 naan breads
- 100g frozen peas
Method
- Cook the rice just like it says on the pack
- Meanwhile, pour the sauce into a pan, add the salmon and let it bubble gently for 5 minutes
- Then add in the peas, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through
- Heat the naan bread just like it says on the pack
- Serve the curry with the rice and naan
- Make sure your dinner is fully cooked and piping hot before serving it up
