  • 300g Co-op basmati rice
  • 450g tikka masala sauce
  • 2 x 220g Co-op Scottish salmon fillets, skinned and cubed
  • 2 naan breads
  • 100g frozen peas


  1. Cook the rice just like it says on the pack
  2. Meanwhile, pour the sauce into a pan, add the salmon and let it bubble gently for 5 minutes
  3. Then add in the peas, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through
  4. Heat the naan bread just like it says on the pack
  5. Serve the curry with the rice and naan
  6. Make sure your dinner is fully cooked and piping hot before serving it up
