  • 230g pack Co-op British breaded chicken goujons
  • 250g pack Co-op microwave basmati rice
  • 2 Co-op British carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 Co-op British cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 50g Co-op frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • Lime wedges (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6 and cook the goujons according to the pack instructions
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the pack instructions
  3. Boil the carrot and cauliflower for 5 mins, then add the peas and cook for 2 mins more
  4. Stir the veg into the rice
  5. Serve with the goujons, sliced, chilli sauce and lime wedges, if using
