  • 2 x Co-op chicken breasts
  • 40g white breadcrumbs
  • 20g puffed rice cereal
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp Co-op plain flour
  • 1 Co-op British egg
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 100ml sour cream
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp Co-op clear honey


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/Gas 6
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks
  3. Blitz the breadcrumbs, puffed rice, garlic powder, chilli flakes and paprika in a blender
  4. Put the flour, egg and breadcrumb mixture in three separate bowls and beat the egg with a fork
  5. Roll the chicken pieces in the flour, dip in the egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat
  6. Put the coated chicken pieces on a non-stick baking tray and brush with the oil. Bake for 20 mins, until crispy
  7. Mix together the sour cream, lime zest and juice and honey to make a sweet-and-sour dip
  8. Divide the chicken between 2 paper cones and serve with the dip
