Crunchy chicken bites with a spicy kick

Ingredients
- 2 x Co-op chicken breasts
- 40g white breadcrumbs
- 20g puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp Co-op plain flour
- 1 Co-op British egg
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100ml sour cream
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp Co-op clear honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/Gas 6
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks
- Blitz the breadcrumbs, puffed rice, garlic powder, chilli flakes and paprika in a blender
- Put the flour, egg and breadcrumb mixture in three separate bowls and beat the egg with a fork
- Roll the chicken pieces in the flour, dip in the egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat
- Put the coated chicken pieces on a non-stick baking tray and brush with the oil. Bake for 20 mins, until crispy
- Mix together the sour cream, lime zest and juice and honey to make a sweet-and-sour dip
- Divide the chicken between 2 paper cones and serve with the dip
