Ingredients

  • 200ml Co-op double cream
  • 135g Co-op Fairtrade dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Method

  1. Heat the double cream in a small pan until hot but not boiling
  2. Take off the heat and add the dark chocolate, broken into squares, and the chilli flakes
  3. Stir until the mixture is smooth
  4. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool
  5. Serve sprinkled with a few more chilli flakes
